CyanogenMod for Samsung Galaxy S IV will not be

We once wrote that the Android-known in the community, Steve Kondik introduced to Samsung. The first known to us as the founder of CyanogenMod. I remember that it caused a lot of enthusiasm among fans of Android.

And now the guys from CyanogenMod officially proclaimed that the new flagship of their Koreans firmware will not. And all because the toy from Samsung came out extremely controversial and none of the developers of CyanogenMod is not going to afford to buy Galaxy S IV. And then the devices and tools for developing and debugging is simply a team can not.

The reason for not buying according to the guys from the band Cyanogen is also the fact that the design CyanogenMod for Samsung extremely uncomfortable. Even in the case of the Galaxy S II it became clear that the company is not open all the source code needed to CyanogenMod. Including the lack of data on Exnos-processors. And because the firmware will probably be ported to the Galaxy S III, but because all the existing bugs in it (for example, problems with the camera) perekochuyut on the new device. Specially developed for Galaxy S IV is not expected.

The guys from CyanogenMod say that they have such problems do not arise from Qualcomm, but Samsung, though, like and provide data on the Exynos, but is far from complete, is not sufficient for normal development of the firmware. They have, however, and some claims against Sony. Not in the sense that Sony does not give enough information, but simply to CyanogenMod believe that sales of Sony somewhat low. Although it seems to be just Sony products now very actively grows and their fans.
