Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie could come with video chat

Jelly Bean was updated last fall thanks to Android version 4.2. Still, it is almost a year old and all rumors point to the imminent release of Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie. Although there is no official confirmation of any of the data that have been leaked on the new version of the system, it seems that we will see new and attractive features like the possibility of video chat.

There are few who, taking advantage of the upcoming release of Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie, have recreated the history of Google's operating system to date. In fact, the page Kinvey has developed a comprehensive scheme since the appearance in 2008 of Android 1.0 to the supposed arrival of Key Lime Pie next month.
In addition to collecting the main characteristics of each of the versions of Android (1.0, 1.5, 1.6, 2.0, 2.2, 2.3, 3.0, 4.0, 4.1), this scheme is also interesting because both pages Kinvey as from PhoneArena , lists a number of improvements that could be present in version 5.0, we know as Key Lime Pie.
Until Google present the new firmware, there are 39 versions of Android that have passed before our eyes, each with its improvements, more or less important. The presentation of the next version, which everyone hopes for May, coincides with the celebration of the Google I / O between 15 and 17 of next month.

Possible improvements

Among the new features that could be included in Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie is expected to arrive with support for video chat, as well as greater integration of all media and social networks. Of course, should include the so-called performance profiles, ie those that allow users to manage this section in a more effective and comfortable, making better use of the terminal.
The theme of the SMS management has also been a recurring issue when talking about Key Lime Pie because this version should integrate some system so that they can be synchronized with either the cloud or with other devices. Can you imagine being able to access your SMS from any other computer?
Finally, two functions that are associated with Android 5.0: cross support between multiple devices (to, for example, continue what we leave one half in another), and the free preview and updates applications ( preview / freebie codes), to know in advance what they're going to get off at our terminal. Any of these developments could be built in Key Lime Pie , but that surely will not know until May.
