The Samsung Galaxy S4 could become the basis of the first Samsung Tizen

Although the hardware of the Samsung Galaxy S3 was the basis chosen to design the first Samsung Tizen, the latest developments could change the course of the project. And is that the rapid evolution of the smartphone market have left the team, "obsolete", at least for a presentation of this caliber. The firm would seek to launch a more powerful and Samsung Galaxy S4 would stand as the most sensible option.

After much speculation about the future of Tizen, Samsung confirmed that the project was still in front. So much so that the company already has version 2.1, which has been tested on a Samsung Galaxy S3 during development and optimization . In fact, the rumored Samsung Redwood, who would become the first smartphone Tizen brand, would be a model designed from S3 hardware. In short, a Galaxy S3 with its own operating system, Tizen.

It will be in October

However, the latest developments in the bosom of the subsidiary Samsung Mobile presage that the presentation of the terminal hoped Tizen is again postponed. This moment would have to occur in October, in the event the firm prepares for developers of the platforms with which he is involved. It seems that such a release will occur since sources in contact with the company have reported that JK Shin, the CEO of the subsidiary of smartphones, have ordered delay the initial plans.

The ingredients for a Samsung Tizen attractive

It seems that the evolution of Tizen is to blame for this delay. As we read in Ubergizmo , would have been the evolution of the smartphone market which would have forced the company to postpone the launch of the terminal. And it would effectively be an adaptation of the Samsung Galaxy S3 which, today, has a lower hardware to other developments of any signature. And is that the eyes of the company would not make sense to launch a computer running "unknown" and inferior in performance to other high-end model. What is Samsung intends to launch a model that is not only the focus of attention for being the first with Tizen, the alternative for Android. Such a challenge requires the incentive of having powerful hardware, very powerful.

It is at this point that there is the assumption that the Koreans could have decided to replace the Samsung Galaxy S3 by Samsung Galaxy S4 as the basis for the manufacture of "Samsung Tizen". In this case the terminal would enjoy more media coverage thanks to the software-hardware binomial. This swing would be positioned as the most compelling reason for the new delay.
