The Motorola X already has official image and specifications

The will be the next Android smartphone with a ROM "Google Edition" and sponsored by Motorola which is, after all, the 'armed wing' (in a good way) of Google since buying the mobile phone Divsion back August 2011, and has technical specifications and official image. This is the Motorola X and will be released August 1st.

Thanks to the guys at Android Police, we have learned that the Motorola X mount MSM8960DT Qualcomm Snapdragon processor dual-core 1.7 GHz processor and Adreno 320 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 4.7-inch screen with a resolution of 720 × 1280, a rear camera with 10.5 MP and 2 the front, 16GB of internal memory and a clean installation of Android 4.2.2.

If we focus on the design of the Motorola X (courtesy of TheUnlockr), the truth is quite reminiscent of the simplicity of the Nexus range that Google launched with Samsung and LG in the past two years: very simply, curves, a screen which occupies most of the front surface of the smartphone and the absence of physical buttons except the volume controls and on / off which, incidentally, are placed both in the same place: the right of the Motorola X.

Finally, in terms of design, especially the whimsical called placement of only three elements that you can see in the back (made with Kevlar) Motorola smartphone: the camera lens, flash and the legendary logo pioneer in this mobile phone.

In addition to the official image and technical specifications, start coming the first benchmarks of the Motorola X, with programs like 3DMark AnTuTu and where is reaping results ranging from 18 to 19,000 from 7,100 in the first second, it must be said, is a good gauge of their potential for games. A striking difference in performance that removes the last device that could be considered as a close cousin of the Motorola X, the Nexus 4, which in these same test with a Qualcomm APQ8064 quad-core 1.5GHz behind, 'only' is able to take 14,000 scores in AnTuTu and 5,800 in 3DMark.
