The first device that runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean is edging closer for the announcement. The device could be the Google Nexus 7 instead of LG Nexus 4 as the latest Bluetooth filing said so.
According to the Bluetooth Certification, an Asus device with the model number of ME370T with the software version number of JWR11 got approved. The model number belongs to the Nexus 7 that was built by Asus for Google. For the software version, JWR11 is the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. 

The Nexus 7 with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean indeed in the works as well together with the LG Nexus 4. The announce of Android 4.3 together with Nexus 7 and LG Nexus 4 are imminent as it might happen in the coming weeks. However, no sign of Nexus 10 with Android 4.3 at the moment.via
