LG plans for 2014: Tablet, phablet, smartwatch and Firefox OS

We still have a full quarter of 2013 and we know what LG plans for next year 2014. The Seoul-based company plans to launch several devices that would come out of what we have shown so far. An important date is the IFA 2013 (6 to September 11).

LG we recently surprised the LG G2 , large screen smartphone that offers a performance slightly above the high end of the current generation. The LG is experiencing growth in the field of telephony seem likely to remain very small compared to what the Koreans have prepared for 2014.

LG G Pad, LG Tablet

Yesterday we gave to know a little outline of what will be the G Pad and more importantly, we discovered that everything would be ready to present your tablet LG at IFA 2013 in Berlin. Therefore, this device could be sold even during the 2013-2014 holiday season, earlier than expected. LG bets on a 8.3 inch screen which makes it difficult, a priori, pigeonhole your tablet between the compact and "full-size". hardware is the same , however, makes clear that it is a device with particular specifications high range that lead to compete with, for example, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z.

A phablet with 6 inch screen
To continue in a line of innovation for the company, would add a new type of device for which LG has prepared plans for 2014. It is not a new type of device really but, rather, a significant growth of what they are already accustomed to do, smartphones. The 6 inches may seem risky and perhaps too much, but if we look back, we realize that exactly the same thought with the Samsung Galaxy Note when it was launched. Today, many Android users, work with 5 inch screens in our smartphones and we are fully used, therefore, may not be as risky to embark on developing a 6 inch phablet as the Sony Xperia Z Ultra.
Currently there is no known detail about 6 inch phablet LG has planned for 2014. As soon as we know every aspect about this device we will post MovilZona.
The smartwatch of LG

The September 9 will be released Sony SmartWatch 2, at IFA 2013 in Berlin will present the Samsung Gear and how could it be otherwise, LG is also preparing its smart watch for next year 2014. LG Smart Clock still might be that was independent of a smartphone thus differentiating these two mentioned above, depending on a smartphone and are not much more than a "second screen" main device.
The taste is the default and the virtue of these devices. Probably it would be "one more" like Sony and Samsung, however, this work is of Google and developers (and their manufacturers, of course), from whom these devices depends really take off or not. It's a software issue, since the potential of these little gadgets wrist is as large as the imagination of those who work with their software.

Firefox OS will also be present in 2014
Finally, LG is set at the "operating system fox" and has among its plans to develop a low-end smartphone, as well as the ZTE Open. This would be a smart phone with technical specifications that can be maintained at a lower price to $ 100 free and at the same time, no longer be what it is: a smartphone.

The company is not closed to only use Android as an operating system for its smartphones and suggests that we could also see some LG smartphone running Windows Phone over the next year. The current situation puts Nokia as the undisputed leader in the Microsoft operating system although we know that HTC intends to launch a high-end smartphone soon and could be the HTC One "Windows Phone Edition". Therefore, LG could help Windows Phone grow and also provide users with Microsoft operating system manufacturer an exciting new experience in smartphones.
