Sprint is apparently getting ready to add two new smartphones from LG
to its roster. The first one is the LG Optimus F3, the lowest-end in
the Korean company’s new F-series, which is supposed to be all about
bringing LTE to the masses in a few affordable packages.
This series debuted right before this year’s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February. Back then only the F5 and F7 were members of the family, but the F3 has joined them since. And now it’s looking like it’s going to be making it to the US, and more specifically landing at the Now Network.
Here it is in all its glory:
Joining this handset in Sprint’s lineup will be the LG Optimus G Pro, already being sold by AT&T. This device will be released sometime before the end of June, and will bear the model number LS980.

- The Optimus F3 comes with a 4-inch 480×800 touchscreen
- dual-core processor
- 2,460 mAh battery which is great considering the price point
